TIME HONOURED TIPS FOR HEALTHY LIVING

 

Our ancestors have followed a number of simple time-tested methodologies as shown by our Scriptures, that ensure a disease free healthy life.

The following when consumed on a daily basis guarantee positive health, long life and even act as a preventive measure against lethal diseases like cancer—
 

  

Pancha Kavyam

Pancha Kavyam is a mixture of cow's milk, the ghee (clarified butter) extracted from cow's milk, cow dung, cow's urine and curd obtained from cow's milk.


 

Vegetables grown on soil enriched by manure prepared from cow excreta have  special medicinal qualities.

 


 

 

Dry Grapes (raisins)


 

Juice of Tulsi leaves, Bilwa leaves and  Dhurva grass ('arugam pul').

(Please note that Tulsi juice is not advised for those who desire child birth)

 


 

Gooseberry
