Gopa Kuteeram
In line with a key objective of the organisation to provide spiritual education to the community, Global Organisation for Divinity launched an education program for children called “Gopa Kuteeram” on Sunday, the 16th August 2009 at the Scout Hall, Parramatta. The aim of the program is to bring children together to learn about the various aspects of the Hindu religion and the universal values and to enable them to assimilate these qualities from a young age. The program is currently designed for children between the age of 5 and 12 and it is intended to extend such classes for young adults in the near future.
The “Gopa Kuteeram” class is conducted by two eminent teachers Smt Saroja Narayanan and Smt Jayashree Ramakrishnan. The classes are held on the 3rd Sunday of every month between 4 and 5 pm at the Scout Hall, Webb Street, Parramatta. The classes are conducted in English and are open to all children in the community. The classes are offered on a NO FEE basis to the participating children.
