GOD’s Children

‘GOD’s Children’ is aimed at imparting knowledge on the cultural and traditional roots of Sanathana Dharma to young minds in a fun-filled learning environment.

Such programs are conducted in different  cities in different formats, catering to different age groups – ages 5-15.

Gopa Kuteeram

‘Gopa Kuteeram’ is a weekly/monthly program for kids conducted in cities like Houston, Chicago and Dallas.  Children are taught about the Sanathana Dharma, modes of worship, different deities and their specialties and also Slokas from scriptures and songs (kirtans).

Every month, a  theme is chosen based on the important festivals happening during that month,  and learning activities are carried out based on that theme.

Printed material is also distributed to children.

Apart from the routine schedule, a 3-day long yearly Kids retreat is also organized.

Contact Mrs. Nisha Giri / Mrs. Zenitha Ram for more details on Gopa Kuteeram.

Gopa Kuteeram is also organized by Seattle GOD Satsang as a part of their weekly satsangs.
Children  of different age groups are taught various arts and skills based on their traditional and cultural background, like, Slokas, Kolam, Mehendi, Surya Namaskaram and even basic culinary skills.

A week-long camp known as ‘Sampradaya Camp’ is also organized for children during the holiday season to engage them in a educational and fun environment.

Contact Mrs. Priya Murali / Mrs. Lakshmi Aishwarya for more information on Seattle’s Gopa Kuteeram.
