By the divine grace of our SadGuru Maharaj and Lord Sri Hari, we had a wonderful celebration of Guru Poornima in Chicago with Akanda Nama, Gurukirtans and Harathi from 9:00 am to 3:15 pm. There were around 25 adults and 12 kids. There was Maha Mantra chanting from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm continuously. From 3:00 pm Guru kirtans were sung. and concluded with ‘Kaliyayum bali kollum’ and Harathi at around 3:45pm.
This was followed by Dr. Bhagyanathanji’s Guru Poornima special DVD – it was screen twice for two different groups of devotees!
The whole satsang lasted joyfully till around 6:00 pm.
